Where is our data, and who can access it?

Every customer has its own separate database in the European Union. The software can only be reached from your paired devices, through your own encrypted tunnel; every change is recorded in a log that cannot be deleted.

Does the software send data to the Hungarian tax authority (NAV)?

No. Towards NAV, TransMS only queries (for example missing incoming invoices) and never submits data on its own. Outgoing invoices are issued by the invoicing provider you choose.

What happens to incoming e-mails?

TransMS recognises, reads and pre-fills quote requests, orders, CMRs and invoices arriving in the configured mailbox. On a full match it files them automatically; everything else waits for your approval — and for every value you see which part of the e-mail it came from.

How do onboarding and data migration work?

Your initial data — partners, vehicles and their documents, employees, open customer and supplier invoices, rate tables, locations — can be loaded from template spreadsheets with preview and validation. We do the onboarding together, step by step.

Which devices does it run on?

The desktop client runs on Windows (a macOS version is in preparation); drivers get a separate mobile app (Driver module). Partners reach the Customer portal from a browser, without installing anything.

How is the licence invoiced?

Monthly, according to the allowance actually used: concurrent users, active drivers, add-on modules. There is no online payment and no automatic subscription — we quote the fee and issue the invoice.

What happens if the licence expires or is unpaid?

The software does not lock you out immediately but restricts use in two stages; your data is never lost because of the licence.

Can it be used in Slovakia?

Yes: with invoicing under Slovak law (SuperFaktúra, UBL e-invoice, PAY by square), in euro, with a Slovak interface and Slovak forms.
