General terms and conditions
Draft — the final text will be published after legal review. The terms of use of the TransMS software are set out in the individual contract between EMB-SYSTEM Rendszerház Kft. and the customer; this page summarises the main principles.
The service
The TransMS transport management software is available as a licence (rental), with the package (Complete or Forwarder) and add-ons set out in the contract.
Fees and invoicing
We quote the fee; the licence fee is invoiced monthly according to the allowance actually used (concurrent users, active drivers, add-on modules, usage above the allowance).
There is no online payment and no automatic subscription; the invoice is issued by the service provider.
Expired or unpaid licence
An expired or unpaid licence does not lock the customer out immediately but restricts use in two stages. The customer’s data is not lost because of the licence.
Data and security
Each customer’s data is stored in a separate database in the European Union; the software can only be reached from paired devices.
