Demo requests, quote requests, contact
Data processed: company name, name, e-mail address and, if provided: phone number, country, package of interest, fleet size, comment.
Purpose: answering your request, calling you back, making an offer and granting demo access. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
The website keeps the form data only until our central system collects it; after that it is deleted from the website.
Customer zone
Data processed: name, e-mail address, login data (password hash, two-factor authentication), the log of logins and actions.
Purpose: performing the licence contract (licence, usage, invoices, downloads, requests). Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Hosting and transfers
The data is stored in the European Union. We do not pass it on to third parties unless required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification and erasure of your data and restriction of its processing, and you may object to the processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
